Carol Philp is the President and CEO of CPI Creative,

a woman-owned branded merchandise and apparel agency

based in Pittsburgh, PA. Prior to opening CPI Creative in 1994, Carol was the owner and creator of a successful

in-house customization retail store, Parcels. With years

of experience in the retail and promotional arenas, she

leads her team to deliver custom product design and manufacturing, promotional products, branded apparel,

and graphic design.

Carol has also developed a strong American-made

initiative, with growing partnerships with quality-driven

American businesses who are committed to designing

and manufacturing the most innovative products right

here in the United States.

In 2017, Carol and her team launched CPI3e. The CPI3e

app uses augmented reality technology to enhance the

way people connect with brands and each other. This

technology works by incorporating a digital marker into

the design of product, that when scanned by a smart device, unlocks digital content.

Carol is passionate about supporting other women

business owners and serves on the Women's Business Enterprise Council and the WBENC National Forum. Carol has been the recipient of the WBEC Shining Star Award,

MLB Most Valuable Diverse Business Partner, Lockheed Martin "Comet" Award, MLB and Pittsburgh Pirates Most Valuable Partner, and she was a Finalist for the Ernest

and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

Drew is our product research specialist, dad to our office dog Holly, and a drummer extraordinaire.

Nicole is our creative director, mom to the cutest

twin girls that ever lived, and our own in-house news

correspondent, always keeping us up-to-date with

the latest news. Jen is our senior graphic designer,

mom to our office dog Midge, and a lover of all things Halloween (she plays the music all year long).

Aris is our graphic designer and illustrator, total

musician at heart with the voice of an angel (even

though she rarely sings for us), and arguably one of the most stylish people you will ever meet.

We call ourselves the "CPI Creative Team", but to us, we are more like family.
